Terms of Use

This is a translation provided for convenience. The Portuguese-language version is the official one and prevails for all legal purposes.

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the corporate website awarenox.com (the "Site"), operated by BOCCHI COMPANY LTDA, registered under CNPJ 66.060.363/0001-20, with its registered office at Rua Pais Leme, 215, Conjunto 1713, Pinheiros, São Paulo — SP, CEP 05.424-150 ("Awarenox", "we").

By accessing the Site, the user declares having read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately stop using the Site.

1. Scope

These Terms apply exclusively to the corporate Site. The Awarenox platform is in a private alpha phase and is not the subject of these Terms. The commercial terms applicable to the platform will be formalized in a specific contract at the time of engagement.

2. Site content

All content published on the Site — including texts, images, trademarks, logos and visual identity elements — is owned by Awarenox or licensed to it, and is protected by Brazilian intellectual property law.

Access for informational and commercial evaluation purposes is permitted. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, modification or public display, is subject to prior and express authorization.

3. Prohibited uses

The user undertakes not to use the Site to:

• Carry out unlawful acts or acts contrary to morality and good customs;
• Attempt to access restricted areas or exploit technical vulnerabilities;
• Perform reverse engineering, mass automated scraping or denial-of-service attacks;
• Enter third-party data without authorization in the forms provided.

4. Contact and waitlist forms

The forms available on the Site are intended to enable the first commercial contact and registration on the alpha waitlist. Submitting the form does not, in itself, create any obligation to engage or to supply the product on the part of Awarenox.

The processing of the personal data provided in the forms follows the provisions of the Privacy Policy.

5. Product status

The Awarenox platform is under active development. Features described on the Site represent the planned or in-progress state of the product, and may be changed, removed or postponed without prior notice. The published roadmap is informational in nature and does not constitute a contractual commitment.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". Although we make reasonable efforts to keep it available and secure, we do not guarantee the absence of interruptions, errors, technical failures or susceptibility to attacks.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Awarenox shall not be held liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of opportunities arising from the use or the inability to use the Site.

7. Links to third parties

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Awarenox does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites. Access to them is at the user's own risk.

8. Changes to these terms

These Terms may be changed at any time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update at the top. Continued use of the Site after the publication of changes implies acceptance of the new version.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the Judicial District of São Paulo, Capital, are hereby elected to settle any matters arising from them, with waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
